Anthony Ndungu, PhD, RN, MSN, MBA

Chief Executive Officer · Since 2006

Anthony brings more than 20 years of healthcare leadership and nursing experience. A graduate of both Wichita State University and Newman University, with a PhD in Organizational Leadership and advanced degrees in nursing and business, he shapes HHHOK’s vision and works to build a culture centered on excellent patient care.

Ann Houk, MSN, MPH

Chief Operating Officer · Since 2017

Ann combines advanced nursing and public-health education with clinical and operational experience. She oversees daily operations and supports consistent standards of patient care.

Michele Glancy, RN

Hospice Director · Since 2017

Michele brings extensive nursing experience and a heartfelt dedication to hospice care, family support and preserving dignity during vulnerable moments.

Sarah M. Lutz, RN

Home Health Director · Since 2018

Sarah leads the home health team with a focus on personalized, effective care that supports patients’ quality of life and independence.

Derreck Rockwell, DPT

Director of Therapy · Since 2016

Derreck leads HHHOK’s therapy services and provides clinical leadership across rehabilitation care, helping patients improve safety, function and independence at home.

Mark Leiker, MD

Medical Director · Since 2006

A University of Kansas graduate, Dr. Leiker provides medical oversight for hospice care, supporting clinical excellence and compassionate guidance for patients and families in the Wichita community.

Korey Garland

Business Development Director

A former Kansas State University basketball player, Korey brings teamwork and more than 10 years of home health and hospice sales and marketing experience to strengthening relationships and helping people connect with care.
